Guests brought an unwrapped toy to gain entry, all of which were donated thefollowing day to St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Mount Sinai Hospital Pediatric HIV Program, New York Presbyterian Pediatric Studies, the Family Care Center at Harlem Hospital and other children’s organizations.

Adam Lambert supports “FCKH8” gay suicide prevention charity campaign
Adam Lambert has just shown his support for a charity that spreads a message about gay youth suicide prevention. This morning he tweeted a video link to his 780,000+ twitter followers supporting a charity called “FCKH8.” The charity’s video (as tweeted by Lambert) can be seen to the left of this article (warning – the video contains cursing language). Created by non-profit media campaigner Luke Montgomery, the “FCK BULLIES” video is raising funds for queer youth suicide prevention. The video encourages viewers to purchase a FCKH8 t-shirt, with proceeds from each shirt going towards the cause. According to the website, funds will benefit The Trevor Project, with other organizations to be added. This is not the first anti-gay cause to be supported by the FCKH8 campaign. They also had a campaign for Proposition 8:
“Our “FCK PROP 8” video was seen by millions & raised over $200,000 for the marriage equality fight. Over 40,000 T-shirts were sold & shipped to 75 countries!”
Lambert, an openly gay artist, has supported other related charities in the past. Earlier this year, Adam released an “It Gets Better” video, which sends a message about bullying to LGBT youth. In his video he basically told them to rise above the hate:
“Don’t let those bullies and those ignorant, fearful, small-minded people prove you wrong. You have to be strong and you have to pay attention to the positive. And in doing so, you will push through and you will rise up and you will live your life to the fullest. It gets better, but it’s up to you.”

Adam Lambert- Home, Sweet Home Arriving at LAX Airport- December 12, 2010
Capping off a travel intensive weekend, Adam Lambert was spotted arriving on a flight at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Sunday (December 12).
Clad in a black and white skull-face t-shirt with black jeans and a matching winter cap, the "American Idol" alum strolled through the terminal while tweeting to his millions of followers, "Good to be home."
The flight to Los Angeles comes after Adam made stops in both New York City and Sunrise, Florida for Jingle Ball festivities over the past few days.
Once finished up with the Sunrise gig, the 28-year-old wrote, "Had a great time at jingle ball last night.. Time to finally head back to sunny California. :)"
