Adam Lambert Takes a Walk on the Wild Side
Adam Lambert took a walk on the wild side recently, visiting the Wildlife Waystation, a non-profit animal sanctuary located just north of Los Angeles. He must have been impressed with what he saw because he tweeted to his more than 1.25 million Twitter followers about it and provided a link for people to donate to the organization:I got to see wild animals up close and personal this week! Wildlife Waystation rescues, rehabilitates, relocates, and provides sanctuary for exotic animals from around the world as well as native wildlife. Unfortunately, they have been hit hard by the poor economy and their financial situation is the worst in 35 years. They are desperate for funds and are asking people to sponsor an animal, contribute to a food bill or just make a general donation.
Adam Lambert has been very altruistic towards a number of charities over the last few years. Since American Idol, he has used his rising fame to spread the word about organizations such as Donorshchoose.org and The Trevor Project, but Wildlife Waystation is the first animal related charity that Adam has promoted to fans.

ADAM LAMBERT: Rumors, Speculation..."The single release date in the US to radio is 12/18"
ADAM FANS... here's what I know, and since RCA didn't bring a press release today, as I expected they would, you can take it for what it is - a gathering of things heard from different sources over the last two weeks...
I'm hearing the single release date in the US to radio is 12/18. Yes. That's a Sunday. It coincides with - I'm told - an overseas date that Lambert will be performing at. Perhaps a fan can dig into this and let me know the specifics on this performance, etc.
I also he's dropping the album single via iTUNES on 12/19, with, with wide release to follow, on the 20th, which is a Tuesday when all new music "releases" but am not certain that won't change.
With label marketing plans, things are always subject to change. Especially release dates. I'm not sure the people I know are at 100 percent on what's going to happen, and they're all out of pocket today at JINGLE BALL in New York City...
That being said, if what I've gathered is true, then that means we're t-minus NINE days til US radio gets the single!

Drummer Roger Taylor says they are 'talking about live dates' with reality star
Queen want American Idol singer Adam Lambert to front the band for a live tour, according to reports.
Billboard claims that drummer Roger Taylor revealed that they were in talks with the reality TV star, after he impressed them when they teamed up for a performance of classic Queen tracks including 'The Show Must Go On' and 'We Are The Champions' at the MTV European Music Awards last month (November 6).
Taylor said:
He has grown into a really great performer with an astonishing voice with a range that's great. We would like to work with him again. There's nothing signed just yet but we're talking about live dates. It could be very exciting.
Last week, Roger Taylor ruled out the possibility of Queen releasing a new album of old demos featuring their late singer Freddie Mercury, but did confirm that the band will release a series of duets that Mercury recorded with Michael Jackson next year.
